1.Order
Ordering gift cards can be done via the website, emails, or telephone inquiries. The gift cards can be presented in different ways, either in a nice gift box or via an e-mail. The experiences are offered either by OurStuff itself or carefully selected third party suppliers .A multi-use gift card is a gift card that can be used in countries with different tax and VAT rates. Please note that the contractor changes from OurStuff to the selected providers at the time of booking and may be subject to different tax and VAT rates.

4.Delivery
When ordering, you can choose your desired delivery method. OurStuff can send the purchased gift card to you or directly to the person who receives it.If you place your order before 16.00 on a weekday (Monday to Friday), OurStuff sends the purchased gift card the same day as the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
5. Right of complaint
If you have had a bad experience with one of our third-party vendors, OurStuff cannot be held responsible for this. Any damage is subject to the third party provider's limitations of liability.In the event that you wish to lodge a complaint, please contact the third party providers directly. However, if you have an unsatisfactory experience, please make OurStuff aware of this so that we can assist you with any future complaints.
By law, you must contact us within a reasonable time after you have had a negative experience; it is recommended that you contact us immediately after using your gift card. Neither OurStuff nor the third party provider can be held liable for any amount in excess of the gift card value.
We always recommend that something arises that does not live up to the customer's expectations during even experiences, so contact OurStuff immediately so we can try to solve the problem immediately.
Should one of our own experiences not live up to your expectations, you will of course contact us directly.
6. Validity of the gift card
The gift card is basically valid for 3 years. However, over time, minor changes in accessibility and content may occur.Gift cards that are older than 3 years, however, we will always find a solution to redeem, and we always recommend contacting us. OurStuff's interest is that everyone has a good experience.
7. Lost or stolen gift card
As the recipient of the gift card, you are responsible for lost cards and any misuse or unauthorized use of the gift card.OurStuff offers to replace a gift card if you can present a receipt for the purchase and the gift card number and the gift card has not been redeemed. You must contact OurStuff as soon as you discover that the gift card has been lost or stolen .
8.Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.9. Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop. However, not the chocolate in the box. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.Return costs must be borne by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to info@ourstuff.dk or by phone at 27209020. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the box when you send it back. The box must be returned in the same condition as on receipt, otherwise DKK 50 will be set off.
There is no right of withdrawal on the chocolate in the box, and DKK 50 will always be set off for the chocolate.
