Take the kids to the beach and enjoy the perfect day for the whole family with beach surfing, speed and fun activities by the North Sea.
Pack the beach bag for the most fun experience for both big and small. With beach surfing you can look forward to wind your hair, speed in the sails and lots of buzz in your stomach! It all takes place in a child-friendly setting on one of Europe's best beaches for beach surfing. And of course you are in the company of skilled instructors who ensure a safe and fun day - beautifully surrounded by the UNESCO-protected Wadden Sea nature.

The experience is very weather dependent. If the weather is not suitable for beach surfing, we therefore reserve the right to cancel. If this happens, you can of course exchange it for another day for free.

More about the experience
Beach surfing on Rømø is a big hit with both children and adults. And it is not without reason. The active nature experience is easy to go to, gives fresh air and smiles of the big ones. And then you will find on Rømø's kilometers of sandy beaches one of the best places to surf the beach in all of Europe. In short, the perfect sandbox for play for young and old.
Our instructors guide you safely and securely through it all. So it's just to sit comfortably in the beach surfer and enjoy the rush in the stomach when the wind grabs the sail and leads you to the beach, while you with great pleasure tame the wind with the sail.
It's easy and fun - and everyone can join. Because you control the pace yourself. With beach surfing for the whole family, you borrow two single-seater beach surfers and a double-seater beach surfer with room for an adult and a child of max. 45 kg. This means that even little brother or little sister can easily join.
After your beach surfing, you can round off the perfect family day at the beach with a loan of free beach equipment. You can, for example, have fun with pole tennis, spikeball, petanque, barbecue and beach sets to build sand castles. And lastly, do not forget the swimwear, because the child-friendly Sønderstrand of course invites to lots of swimming in the waves.

Go on an excursion to Sylt! Here you are welcomed by exciting experiences and activities, shopping, unique nature, fascinating history and culinary excellence. The ferry sails from Havneby on Rømø to List on Sylt. It only takes 40 minutes - and the bike is welcome to bring, so you can look forward to an eventful day in the saddle.
Golf in beautiful nature
Golf with views of the sea and dunes - that's what awaits Rømø Golf Links. With its breathtaking location directly next to the sea, it does not get much better. The golf course was designed by Michael Traasdahl Møller after the traditional Scottish links courses. The 18-hole golf course challenges i.a. with lakes, streams and hilly greens. There is also pay and play.
